The name Tailfeather + Co comes from Tailfeather Court, the street where Sam grew up just outside of Orlando, Florida. It’s a nod to the place that shaped her—filled with family, creativity, and the kind of memories that stay with you long after you leave. That same feeling of comfort and togetherness is at the heart of everything created today.

As an Army spouse, Sam’s location changes from time to time, and Tailfeather + Co moves right along with her. No matter where the business is based, the heart of the brand remains the same—rooted in coastal calm, adaptability, and the idea that home isn’t just a place, but a feeling you carry with you.

All Tailfeather + Co candles are hand-poured in small batches using a sustainable olive + coconut wax blend, chosen for its clean burn, strong scent throw, and lower environmental impact.
