Shipping Policy


Products are shipped within our current processing time window. 

We ship via UPS or USPS

Customers are responsible to pay their own shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable, meaning, refunds, where applicable, will not include shipping costs.

Depending on geographic location, the shipping time for purchases, returns and/or exchanges may vary.

For returns and/or exchanges, consider trackable shipping services over $50.


Any damage claims will require photos of the shipping box from all sides, as well ad the damaged item(s). Refund/Reship of the products will vary and is not guaranteed.
