Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Tailfeather + Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Tailfeather + Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing claims when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Weather Disclaimer: Tailfeather + Co. is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage caused by packages left outdoors, in mailboxes, or unattended after delivery. We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
