At Tailfeather + Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each order before it ships.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tailfeatherco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Digital Products
All digital products, guides, templates, and downloadable resources are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available for digital products.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
